Terrific service. I got my brakes checked and they did all sort of little extras for free. Everyone tries really hard to give the customer a great experience.

A big no to this place. I had a worst experience here at Suttons Suzuki in last 2 weeks. This was the first time I went in for a service since it been taken over by Suttons city. I had couple of issues to be fixed on my vehicle when I went in there for my regular 40k's capped price servicing which I raised before dropping off my car. At the end of service I was charged $542 for the service plus other things that was carried out on my car assuring me that the problem was fixed partially and they need to replace a part under warranty which will arrive after 2 weeks time.

I went in there again after 2 weeks for a second trip to get the parts replaced and dropped off my car and when i asked for a courtesy car they told I will need to pay $65 for a day as they do not provide for free which I refused to take then. I then took a cab from there to home and back again to pick my vehicle up from suttons to homebushwest which is pretty far. They again charged me $84 for other stuffs they fixed which was the same issue from my first visit. Again this time they told me the car is now fully fixed and they cannot see any issues. Now I have picked up my car this friday evening and had to drive to canberra for weekend on my way I realised the issues were still there which they told has been fixed as a result I was not able to use my cruise control on my car for the long trip what a shame!!!

Now again I got to sphere a day to go visit suttons suzuki to fix the same problem third time which is far from a public transport.

After my regular enquiry still these people do not bother to call me back.

I personally do not recommend this place. Its a rip off.

Great experience! Delt with Troy who arranged the delivery of vehicle for my little cousin. It was his first car purchase. Even though there was a slight hiccup with the original deal, Troy thought outside the square to fix the situation up. I Will definately purchase future vehicles from here. Steve

Worst people to buy a car with.
Everything was backwards. Tried to finance my car and didn't have any details when I was asked to deposit money for the car. Wasn't until the day to pick up the car that I was stint with 13.5% interest which is close to some banks PERSONAL loan interest when there's not a car tied to it.
When we hesitated to sign the person dealing with us tried to reassure us that this is normal amount to pay and it's 'pretty low actually'.
This is unacceptable! If you don't know what your doing or it's your first time buying a car take someone who knows what they're talking about with you because they will suck you into the scam.
NOT RECOMMENDED.

Terrible customer service! Took my car in for a service and pink slip. Some issues arose however I wasn't called and was only told when I went to pick the car up at COB that day (yep my time is worth nothing). Left the car there being told I would be called in the morning to give me a quote. I had to follow them up again the following afternoon to find out what was going on. The sales person gave me an outrageous price over the phone, of which I only got the essentials done. Went to pick up the car the following day, to find out the salesperson had made choices on my behalf without consulting me first. Thankfully the actual cost was below what was quoted (what was the salesperson smoking?). Finally after getting my car back (3 days later) I went online to find out they haven't registered the pink slip with the RTA. Avoid this place like the plaque - go to a smaller mechanic who treats you much better

How uncanny it is that many reviewers are echoing how poor the service is here and how unprofessional and rude the salespeople and managers are.

I found a car online on Carsales and called to make an offer and purchase the car as I'm a no-nonsense type of guy, it looked like a good deal online.

The Business Manager there called Peter valued my trade at 15K and called me to confirm this. With this info, I sought to organize my finance for the vehicle. As things got closer I had to find out if the vehicle had any extras or accessories on it, when I called one morning to find this out I found myself calling 4 times to be told by the used car manager Mark that he can only do 11-12K for the trade. When I mentioned the vehicle had been valuated previously by both my local dealer and the Business manager, he hung up the phone on me! I called back in disbelief to understand what had just happened to address what was going on but he was - (in my professional opinion as a former customer service coach and trainer) an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

It's automotive dealers like these jokers that give a bad name to the automotive industry and believe me, they will either waste your time or rip you off! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Want to thank Troy at LH Suzuki for looking after us so well.Friendly, courteous, informative and at the end of the day gave us an excellent deal
on a new Swift without the need for stressful haggling......on that basis, would be very happy to recommend him for a new car purchase.
