I brought my Nissan in for the front passenger airbag recall. Car went in around 9.30am - I went home and by 12.30 it was done and dusted. The best thing about it was my older model Nissan x-trail was washed, the wheels were cleaned and the inside front area was vacuumed and my car looked newer and much cleaner than when I first brought it in - I was soo delighted with the service, the front receptionist service, and the completed product - I must add - I paid not one cent for all of the above due to the nissan recall for the passenger airbags. Pretty cool ... will be back to buy a new car for sure!!

What a wonderful experience. Peter Gane helped my husband surprise me with a new car. Peter came in on his day off in order to complete the surprise with my husband. He had made the deal with my husband, managed to get the car transferred from another dealership, add all the extras asked for on the car and had it ready to be picked up the next day. I just wasted my time going there to look at a car. I spoke to them early in the morning about a car and price I was looking at and was told to come in and something would happen.
Drove there, test drove car, and then only found out that they couldn't reach the price that I had mentioned earlier. I was upfront about what i was looking for and how much i wanted to pay and then they couldn't match that.
A complete waste of time.
David, the salesman I spoke with, was a nice fellow and easy to get along with, but my time was wasted by this whole ordeal. Its so frustrating.

Purchasing my car was a smooth process. A couple of hiccups along the way but it was all rectified. Shane is an excellent manager, especially it being his first day on the job back then. Anthony was a good salesman. Since purchasing in July 2016 I've had one scheduled service. This service was fine, pricing and time wise. A little difficult with my little baby but luckily there is a mall nearby. Only suggestion is the grumpy man working at the car wash! Please smile and don't mutter and complain when I drive through.

I went to see Suttons in Chullora along with a couple of other dealerships. The service and professionalism from both Eugene and Henrick was so good that I ended up buying a car them them over the other dealerships.
