Bought a car from this dealership. I had bought it back 2 months later as the rear sensor for the reverse unit had fallen into the bumper. They tell me it’s not under warranty. I am currently now living in Qld and took my car in for a service and told them about the rear sensors and with no questions ask they are going to fix it for me and it all falls under warranty. I just thought it made this dealership look really unprofessional.

Bought a used car, had a problem with the central locking that I had installed in the vehicle, Suttons made sure that the problem was fixed and that my new vehicle was running smoothly. Great team thanks to Ben in sales amd John in service centre for getting everything sorted.

Used Cars Sales Agent is full of crap. Was interested in the car. Planning to check the car after work at 4:00pm. He got my credit card details to hold off the car and guarantee that nobody to check the car within the day until I get to see the car. To my surprise, i got there and the agent that got my card details and told me to hold the car is happily entertaining another customer and told me "if you can just wait inside and I'll be with u after we do the test drive" not all sales agent are like that there's just one particular i would not divulge the name to prevent hassle but COMPLETELY GIVING ME FALSE HOPES to customers. Just wants to make bloody money. Does not even care about CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP. Rubbish 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I am just giving my honest opinion and experience. One of those days that i just got unlucky since i know this business is good in many aspects

Useless..!! Never listen customer complain about your car.. Just tell u some different story & never give u proper information.. Thats the story of service centre.. Yes sales department act good as they getting another one to spend there money in Holden cars..

Roby and Eugine were amazing! We had the most wonderful experience at Suttons Homebush today. We had never purchased a new car before and they made us feel comfortable about the whole process. We had a lot of questions regarding finance and they came up with options for us that suited us perfectly. We left that afternoon with our brand new car, and big smiles on our faces :)
