Suttons Subaru Rosebery

Just bought a used vehicle off Hai and Pat of Suttons Subaru Rosebery. Great guys, very open and honest, very accommodating with my requests and I got a great deal from them! Would highly recommend!

Previously posted a review, one half star, but I can't find it on the system so wonder if it has been deleted by Suttons. Took my Outback in to have the air bags replaced. Asked to be early, dropped my car off at 7am. Was chairing a large meeting at 10am when Suttons rang to say the air bags could not be replaced. No time to discuss matter then, but asked to see the Service Mgr at 1pm. "He's busy." Can I see the CEO then? "He's Very busy." But, so am I. What about George who recently sold us an Imprezza? "He's out on the road, not due back for 30 minutes." I retrieved my car keys, left fuming. Went back to my office, sent Suttons an account for $300 for my wasting my professional time. No response from Suttons so far, but I will followup with the account. They have to understand that they are taking the time of customers in their legally determined air bag recall and have an obligation to act responsibly. If no response, next step NSW Fair Trading. Will this review be publicly posted? Time will tell.

Amazing service, everyone is so kind and friendly and easy to talk to (Elizabeth is my go to girl), its like talking to old friends! They helped me buy my first car and made everything super easy and not as daunting as I thought it would be. I'd recommend them to everyone I know.

Not one to normally leave a review but, I absolutely loved my experience at Suttons Subaru, Rosbery. As a first time car buyer, I found my experience so simple and stress free!

Big shout out to George & Eric especially! They were both beyond helpful during the entire process from getting a quote, to organising finance and insurance, I had nothing to worry about!

Both George & Eric were absolutely amazing, very thorough and took the time to explain all options and features of the car. Looked after me up until I drove out of the driveway even then George made the effort to call and see if I liked my purchase (which I absolutely do).

I had the pleasure of dealing with Patrick Hynes when buying a used Subaru XV. I went into the dealership knowing a bit about the car however Pat made the experience so much easier. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the car, its features and extras but he also tried to get to know you. I was able to test drive and didn't feel forced into buying on the spot. The process of going through the paper work and finance could have been better (my advice is don't feel pressured into using their preferred finance). Overall am happy with the buying experience and the car. Pat is one of the good guys who does his best to make sure the customer is happy.

I recently purchased a XV from Elizabeth for my wife. Liz is just AmaZing! She is a professional who is supported by a great team at Suttons Rosebery. Liz knows her product/vehicles inside out and more importantly she truly cares about her customers. After the negotiations had been finalised Liz's enthusiasm didn't wane. She made the whole buying process for my wife and I very personal and seamless.

If you want to experience the worst service in the world, go to this dealer, promise this place will not disappoint you.
Booked a Impreza test drive two weeks ahead, waited there for more than 1 hour, and then told me that I cannot do the test drive. Without giving me any introduction about the car, the sales lady just simply push me to buy the car on the spot. What a great sales service, so I should wait an hour and just pay for a car without even test driving? Why I cannot do a test drive even with booking it two weeks ago? Shouldn't I be informed how long I need to wait and whether I can do the test drive?

Gary suggested the car which suited us and our price bracket and helped us look at alternatives. Even though we were not looking at a new Subaru he was very helpful and knowledgeable and did not try to pressure or persuade us in any direction. He kept in touch with us as required and was able to fast track the check and clean process so we could pick up the car when we needed to. We highly recommend his assistance if you are looking for a used car
