Svm Chrysler Jeep Dodge Mosman (Permanently Closed)

I phoned and after a 10min call I had no success in resolving the issues with my brand new Cherokee Blackhawk.
The only thing they could offer was - take it to a different service centre if you're not happy with ours.
I'm also still waiting on the FCA resolutions team to phone me after 4-5 weeks after being told I'd get a call in 3-5 days.
Customer service is just non existent with Jeep.
In saying this, the salesman (A) at Mosman was great and so was the finance manager (M).

Robert was a fantastic sales person and I rate him 5 stars we love our Jeep. Unfortunately the set ice department lacks the same skill so I rate them 3 stars so overall 4/5.

Would highly recommend these guys. After ordering my car through another dealer and waiting for 2 months ti then be told that my car was given to someone else. I rang Mosman and they told me to come in and would help me. They went over and beyond and I received my car a week later. Wouldn't go anywhere else to buy my car. And the service department are awesome too

Purchased a used car. No complaints with the sales team. Manager was fantastic as was the salesman I dealt with. They couldn't have been better.

My issue is with the service centre:
1. No competence / experience in servicing the particular make yet very happy to book in the service
2. Pricing completely arbitrary. Service centre just made up a number and then quickly back tracked when queried.
3. Premium pricing but no premium service. None of the electronic warnings pre-service were even turned off. No sticker with date/time of next service. Car not cleaned. I genuinely queried whether the car had actually been serviced (they assured me that it had).

The best thing about buying my car from this car yard was the price, which was very good indeed. I bought a second hand traded in car, but immediately felt that this was not a very important sale to them, as soon as they knew I was buying the car and they'd have their $$. This was evident in the fairly offhand manner of the salesman, and that they offered to deliver the car (not even far, about 6km away ) and then they reneged on this at the last second. As a result I had to pick it up myself which was very inconvenient and time consuming. When I picked it up, nobody explained the necessary and important features of the car to me, there were L plates in the car, a bunch of private phone numbers were still programmed in which I had to delete, and the glove box and other areas of the car, and the floor, were filthy. Despite the fact that they pushed the rip off "car protection' package, which, my stupidity, I fell for, I guess at least the upholstery and outside was clean as a result.

So, I'd say use them, but be careful and don't expect much.
