My Wife and I recently purchased a new Volvo from SVM. It was a public holiday and Simon Pownall spent a long time with my family and I going through different models, features, colours, etc, helping us to stick within our budget. He read us very well. After the test drives, and well after closing time, he and his friendly team patiently assisted us in every way while making the experience feel effortless and actually enjoyable with no pressure.
When we picked up the car, Amanuel Audisho gave the kids a colouring/sticker pack each while we went through paperwork. He then prepared a car unwrapping ceremony and lesson on the car's features and equipment.
Both Simon, Amanuel and their team are friendly, patient professionals who know how to help the customer and sell great cars.
This was not our closest showroom but after the uncomfortable, high-pressure experience at Mercedes Parramatta, and the rushed, pushy, time-wasting and unprofessional experiences we received at most prestige dealers around Sydney, going to SVM was worth the drive. We finally found the perfect dealer.

Kia Service were great with a very professional service centre and Technical expertise that matters. The Mechanic spoke with me at length about how the car was running and any questions I had were answered with knowledge and understanding. The Coffee was excellent and waiting room nice and clean.

Recently I purchased my second Volvo from SVM and am enjoying the car very much. In my experience the sales and service team always provide great service. In particular I would like to thank Camille for her excellent product knowledge and demonstration.

Recently bough a used Honda CRV from SVM Volvo and i am extremely pleased with the service provided throughout. I have dealt with many other dealers in the past but SVM Volvo LindField certainly lived upto its reputation.

Steven Wong(Pre-owned Vehicle executive) has been very transparent in his dealings and not only helped us get the good price but also spent around $700 for the furnishing items in the car ,just for the sake of customer satisfaction.
