Buyers beware~ always hang onto your receipt when you buy from SWAROVSKI because without it they will not negotiate. Was told by their HO that they sell fine jewellery and with rings you have to take them off every time you wash your hands!!!!!!! otherwise the stones get loose and fall off. So, unless you do not wash your hands regularly, stay away from their stoned rings!!!!

Very disappointed with Swarovski Chatswood Westfield, there after sale customer service is non existent and they are very rude. Will never buy anything from them again.

Wow! 😳 The 2 people I just dealt with have zero customer service!
I have shopped at this brand on many occassions whether its for myself or as a gift purchase and for the first time I went in to thier store at miranda to 'discuss' my concern over the yellow colouring that has appeared on a ring I purchased from them only 6 months ago!
Their response to my concern was "welllllll you brought in a sale time and we can't do anything for you"
First sales person confused when I looked her blank in response to her poor excuse - goes back of house to get her back up and the 2nd sales person says 'we need your name and number - will need to 'check' what they can do and get back to me - my favourite part was when she called me 'hun' -
I guess this is what happens when you hire young kids with no experience or more importantly no respect for the work they get paid to do...
It's ok if you can not offer the customers expected solution however I can suggest that you train your service of the expected delivery in proper communication.

This service here is amazing Vicky always helps me choice the right piece for all my occasions all the girls a lovely at Liverpool store.

I have always had a good experience shopping here.
