SWD Projects is a boutique construction company specialising in architecturally designed homes, project management and construction services.

Specialising in unique design and construction, SWD Projects was established in 2013 by Steven Davis, a builder with 16 years experience in the construction industry. Steven works alongside in-house architect, Richard Chapman, of Richard Chapman Designs. Both Steven and Richard have a keen interest in modern, innovative design and endeavour to customise your home to meet all of your individual, as well as aesthetic, needs.

SWD Projects pride ourselves on being reliable and friendly with a keen eye for detail, and are happy to manage your individual projects or build your new home from start to finish.

SWD Projects is based in Northern NSW and service the Far North Coast of NSW and South East Queensland.
