Bill Penrose from Sweet Connoisseur creates beautiful cakes and handmade chocolates for all special occasions. We will listen to your vision and transform it into a wedding, christening, birthday or bridal shower cake that is unique. Sugar iced tiered wedding cakes and fresh chocolate wedding cakes are Bill's passion. Cake flavours are only limited by your imagination!
Bill can also create naughty cakes for hen's and buck's parties. Just ask to see the photos!
Bill has over 25 years experience as a pastry chef, including work in some of Sydney and London's most prestigious 5 star hotels.
