Sweetaz Carpet Cleaning

Aaron was so prompt to come out after we had a tree fall through our sons ceiling. His approach was extremely caring and he explained what he was going to do 'step by step' to get our carpets back to the way they were before. Considering what a mess they were due to so much tree sap, they came up as like new. He even suggested taking my alpaca rug away to be cleaned. His work ethic and manner was second to none and I wouldn't hestate in advising anyone to use Sweetaz.

UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Cancelled my job 2 hours beforehand because he got a better offer!! Didn't apologise, left me high and dry with 2 trucks of furniture arriving which I had already paid $2600 to be delivered!!! Very rude and uncaring!! I DONT RECOMMEND USING AARON - EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Aaron has been cleaning our carpets for years and always does a spectacular job. We've also had him clean our air conditioners and tiles! He is meticulous and proud of his good reputation, which is well deserved. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who wants a good job!

Couldn't fault Aaron and his offsider Lockie for their excellent service and attention to detail - happy to go the extra distance with customer service. Kudos to them ☺👍
