Thanks for delivering the roses to my beautiful girlfriend. Perfect.

I ordered tulips online for my wife's birthday and their website asked me if I wanted a morning (AM) or an afternoon (PM) delivery, I selected AM.
As they were not delivered in the morning, I called up the store to enquire around 4pm and was she rude... I was told she doesn't care about the AM order and that I should have had 'common sense' to call her to get them delivered in the morning. Then she gave me a callback and lied to me saying the flowers were delivered an hour back. They were delivered at 4.30pm. She also told me that she had to pay extra for my order as she had to send it far (hmm Macquarie Park??) not my problem.
I ordered 12 Dark Red Tulips, 10 were dark red, 2 were a DIFFERENT COLOUR.
Delivered on Friday around 4:30pm, most of them died by Sunday morning.
Flower Quality VERY POOR
Delivery service NOT GOOD.
Customer service VERY POOR.

The flowers are brilliant and really beautiful. A short while ago I picked up some flowers to go on the coffin at my mate's wife's funeral. The flower arrangement was so beautiful. At the shop the people are great, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this shop for anyone who is looking to buy flowers.

When buying the flowers the women was nice and helped me out (to get more money out of me)
Adding two different kinds of flowers some white Lily's' which I have bought from other places $10 less that what Sweethearts charged me and they opened up and lasted at least two weeks.
From Sweathearts the Lily's haven't opened up the leafs are dying I have only had them less that a week!
So I rang up to see what the problem was (I'm not one for complaining, but the flowers cost me a total of $70 so I was expecting good flowers)
The woman was rude on the phone! I wouldn't recommend wasting your money here.

Have used this florist a few times when needing flowers. Their flowers are fresh and very reasonably priced for the quality and presentation. They are also willing to go above and beyond and it very easy to build a connection with them. I would definitely recommend their services.

Ordered a box of roses for valentines day. Sent a bouquet instead, when I called and asked why they sent something that I didn't order I was told that they ran out of boxes. Obvious wasn't my problem and asked why I wasn't made aware something different would be delivered to what I paid for and I got in reply "well if i had time to eat lunch today i might have rung you." again.. not my problem. Said ill bring them back and i want my money back and got the phone slammed down on me

Expensive.
Not what i ordered.
Avoid.

I have been shopping here for years and they continue to provide the best service and fresh flowers. I purchased and had delivered a bunch of roses for my partner, they were delivered on time as always, and my partner absolutely loved the arrangement. She said the roses were amazing. For the quality and the prices of these flowers I wont shop anywhere else. thanks heaps guys!

George went above and beyond to get a stunning bouquet delivered for me at extremely short notice - and the recipient absolutely loved them!! Thank you so much George, you're amazing :)

Funeral flowers were delivered on time (early to the church in fact), flowers and sashes looked better then expected.
Dealing with Dola and George was excellent. They were very helpful and accommodating. I thank them for helping make a difficult day a bit easier.
