A bit about us:
The Chef - Sonia Siu
Sonia started baking at a young age as a hobby but has only started baking professionally in the past few years. It is one of her greatest passions in life! She has completed a Certificate III in Patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu and spends nearly everyday baking, making and creating unique cakes and sweets.
Sonia's traveled the world whilst working for Emirates for 2 years and draws a lot of her inspiration from the variety of international desserts and patisseries experienced along the way.
The Manager / The Taste-tester - Brendan Quek
Brendan has been in the hospitality industry for the past decade. From cafes, pubs and clubs to fine dining restaurants, wine bars and molecular cocktail bars. Over his years of experience within the industry he has developed a strong passion for food and drinks. . . especially desserts!
He takes pride in delivering great quality products to the customer and creating a unique and memorable experience with every order.
He also thoroughly enjoys tasting all the treats Sonia has to offer!
