#DidYouKnow The first layer of your pelvic floor is connected to the inner thigh muscles. So if you have something going on in the the groin muscles that can create issues in the superficial pelvic floor and impact your comfort during sex. It's also worth noting that the superficial pelvic floor attaches to the clitoris... not something you want to not work properly ;)
Don't put up with persistent groin strains... See a good physio and make sure the issue gets properly resolved - for your long term well being ;)

Mermaid with rotation is an awesome stretch to open up your rib cage and release tension in your lower back. Pilates is a great way to strengthen and stretch your body to help you recover from back pain.
To join one of our classes you need to have an assessment with one of our physios first. The Physio must clear you as being ready and safe to participate in a class. Once that had happened all you need to do is pick a class time that works for you.
