One of the best Airport in the world. Have almost all facilities available. Nice duty free shops. Bars and restaurants, medicine, pray room and nice and clean toilets.

Very modern. Easy to get lost in parking. Children's cinema was great. kept my kids busy.

Has undergone numerous renovations in the last few years and it has turned out spectacularly! Good terminals with plenty of restaurants, shops and much more

I’ve only been to the international airport. I would’ve loved to see some outdoor seating areas and eateries/cafes in this nice weather. Otherwise good selection inside of eateries and shops. The Air NEW Zealand service desk was quite helpful and efficient

Using public transport to and from is very quick to get to the city. Inside there are tons of souvenir shops, a few good coffee places and food places. Seems like there are shops everywhere. Arrivals was very quick as I had nothing to declare. Big queues if you do. Departure was really efficient too. Flight was at 10am and I didn't have to wait for anything, except 10 minutes at passport control and scanning. Pretty good by today's standards.

Most useless airport in the world and very rude staff, especially the security which the directs the cars entering the airport.
They closed a road in the airport for no reason, and are directing through the long way, I asked the security person, what might be the reason for closing the road when there are no road works going on, he is so rude and doesn't want to tell the reason nor was polite. And then he has threatened me he would write a ticket, if I ask more questions, ticket for what?
The private security guys outside the airport behave like hooligans.

And to be frank, the airport staff and immigration officials are really polite.

A cool airport with plenty of eating and shopping options. We had an 8 hrs layover at the airport. Would have been cool if they had an airport hotel or a designated lay area . After 3 hrs it gets quite uncomfortable, as there are very few comfortable chairs available. Internet is fairly good.

The largest airport in Australia. Numerous shops, restaurants and bars can be found in the terminal buildings which are open for both passengers and visitors. There are also bookshops with a huge selection of magazines and books to read.
Airport and custom controls can be very crowded, especially during weekends and busy travel seasons. Additional time should be planned during those seasons.

Clicquot Gouache is a colourful, whimsical tribute to the art of blending, the creative act that expresses the Veuve Clicquot style. Why gouache paint? Because their winemakers blend wines with great savoir-faire, just as artists skillfully blend colours! Their “palette” is Veuve Clicquot’s unique and priceless collection of more than 400 reserve wines. Let the hues wash over you - because life tastes better in colour! Had half an hour to get to the gates. I thought I was told 51. Get there and there is no gate 51. It was boarded up and looked like some building is going on. Look up for a flight information board. None there. Had to walk all the way back to the food court and found a huge flight board which didn’t show my flight on it??? No one to ask for help anywhere. Had to go to security where an airport staffer accompanied me. He couldn’t find the flight on the board either. We walked towards the gates numbered in the 50s and there obscurely is a smaller board tucked behind the boarded up area. Never really had an issue with this in the past but have now realised there is nowhere for anyone to turn to for assistance. Was a huge stress!
