I changed vets cause my regular vet is never open when I needed the most! My furbaby needed a vet after hours and luckily they were open. Price was abit higher but still good value for the services they are able to provide. Having pet insurance does help alot.

We are always happy with their service! Their opening hours are awesome everyday and the weekends, as I can always bring my dog in late for any emergency consult without any extra cost, and most definitely cheaper compared to any other emergency clinics around. The staff are always professional, caring and provide high standard of care that I can trust.

Too expensive for what you get and some of the vets are not very clear on their pricing, unprofessional and I generally did not have a positive experience while I was here. I have been to other vets where the communication is fantastic and prices are much more reasonable. Stay far away.

Long waiting times even when you book an appointment. The vet told us during the consult that the cream they recommended was over the counter but when we went to the chemist it was a prescription medicine, so we had to go back to pick up the script and then they charged us a $16 dispensing Fee for getting a script after already paying over $800 over 2 visits, how ridiculous. Or were going to charge an extra $40 for buying the cream directly from them.
I think they deliberately performed an inferior treatment resulting in our pet having to come back for further visits. The issue still hasn’t been fixed and they don’t give much information or any explanation on alternative options.
Our experience with this hospital has been extremely expensive and very disappointing.

Amazing quality care. Great caring nurses & veterinarian. Convenient long opening hours, clean facility and reasonably priced. So grateful that i had this Vet recommended after my dogs accident, i was very pleased with the kind and efficient ongoing treatment provided from the hospital.
Dr Helen looked after my dog, she was supportive and a fantastic doctor.

The vet I went to was too eager to run every test/scan on and medicate my dog even though she admitted medicine would do nothing for the underlying problem (and symptoms were not bad at all) and would have to be administered twice daily.

I came in with my friend on Sunday and Dr Yap was fantastic with her dog and very informative.

I have used this veterinary facility many times and have always found the staff members to be very helpful. They carry a very high standard in all aspects of the clinic and pay great attention to fine details. Ive always found the clinic to be clean and smelling fresh.
Last week i had my kitten in for a check up who had an upset tummy, they were very helpful, kind and gentle towards her and made her visit and treatment very pleasent. I am Very impressed with everything the clinic has to offer, boarding, grooming, daycare, puppy preschool, Also the convenient opening hours makes a trip to the vets easier if you work full-time.
Everything i need for my fur-babies in one place. Would highly recomend.

Very unhappy with my experience here. My kelpie had a cut on his paw that needed sutures. I was hesitant to come here knowing that it would probably cost more than your average vet and I was right $620 vs $385 I thought being a hospital they would have good service. But I was wrong. I was instructed that the sutures were to stay for 10 days. On day 11 the vet took them out. 24 hours later the wound split completely open again. I called the hospital and was told I would have to bring him in for assessment. I said would I be charged and was told yes and it may need resuturing and I would have to pay the whole amount again if that's the case.
Instead I used tissue glue on the wound and bandages- which is far less traumatic then being sedated and the wound is now closed.
I wish I never came here. I should have just gone the glue direction in the first place. But was told it would only heal with sutures and I was pushed into this decision. Probably to get the money. Well congratulations on making a quick buck for nothing.

Excellent, attentive staff. Highly professional and caring. Explained post-operative care for my puppy in great detail. Will come back if required.

Excellent service by all the staff. Great hours if you have a problem after hours. Good ancillary services like X-ray and lab tests that would normally have to go elsewhere for. Highly recommended
