Sydney blinds had the widest selection when it came to choosing our new blinds. Order MST678085. We recently had our blinds installed by Mick. We are very happy with our selected blinds (combination of verticals and roller blinds). Mick was also helpful to remove our existing blinds.

And there it is. Complete with its semi-litigious threatening tone - their reply to my first post. You guys will have to decide where the fact and fiction is. I have no axe to grind as an NCAT brokered mediation saw to it we were eventually refunded. Should the company reply to this I'll be leaving that last word to them. And leaving them with best wishes as they set about trying to improve their customer service to lift their overall Google Reviews ranking from just 2.5 stars. Like I said, there was one very ethical, thoughtful staffer who dealt with us. And while the majority of the company's reviews are just one star, there's a fair few who have given it five so, where's there's hope, there's life. All the best to all.

Abominable. Took nine months and taking them to NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal to get them to do the right thing. Too long and excruciating an experience to recount here. Had to give at least one star to be able to lodge this review but that star goes to the one staffer alone whose decency and honesty was a complete contrast to the stalling tactics, shifting blame gaming and eventual attempted accounts-payable bullying others tried on. They fleetingly accepted responsibility for the delivery of a wrong door. Then shifted it onto their “third party suppliers”. Then moved it onto the company they’d recently acquired. Then tried to move it onto us. They eventually owned their mistake and we eventually got our full refund but only because we refused to be intimated. But we were knackered by the end of it. Genuinely hope they learn from our case and remember that the best way to fix one’s mistake is to completely own it, and put more into their customer service. A good place to start would be to put as much extra resource into proper customer service as they do into the social media manger-like resource they seem to have busily replying to most of these Google reviews. Keeping up your brand’s “online appearance” is one thing. Making sure your business always operates to a Do The Right Thing principle is another. Hey, they’ve been around for thirty odd years and I notice some glowing reviews, in among others like mine, so looks like they can deliver for some.

We are very pleased with the service ( Ref number MST 670 335) for installation of vertical blinds at our home at 10/14 Marcia Street Toongabbie. Spent thousands of dollars on window blinds, screen doors and fly-screens with this company. The blinds were bad quality and installed extremely poorly - one of them was held up with only one screw and was half hanging off. The second installer just drilled it back in (instead of using the correct amount of screws). I mentioned it to them again when they came out to install the fly-screens and they did nothing about it. The blind eventually fell off the wall and now the company is refusing to send out an installer to fix it. The customer service staff were extremely dismissive and sounded like they were reading off a script. If I could give them zero stars I would. They will not be getting one more cent from me and hopefully others who read this review!

I would highly recommend Sydney Blinds and Screens. They were 100% reliable for the measuring and installation. Good communication. Pleasant and professional staff. Everything went smoothly and we are more than happy with all of the blinds, which was for the whole house.
