Sydney Bruschetteria is the creation of siblings, Michael and Jennifer Spark. Michael is a chef with over 20 years experience and has been involved in the development and management of Italian restaurants for the past 10.
Jennifer is a marketing consultant with over 12 years experience.
Together the have created the brand to provide an exciting new concept in Italian casual dining.
The products will be sold in markets around the inner west, with plans to expand to a permanent store in the future.
