Calisthenics is team dance sport incorporating elements of ballet, gymnastics, jazz, contemporary, singing, acting, performing. . . . . and all in one great class!

Calisthenics is great for beginner dancers to those wanting to advance their dance styles. Our club makes sure every one of our classes is jam packed full of fun, fitness & friends.

We welcome all new pupils at any stage throughout the year.
