I get my car washed here every month and I'm always extremely happy with the level of service and the quality of the wash/clean.

The worst wash and vacuum I have ever had. Had a car wash and vacuum yesterday afternoon (Friday). Paid $45 and expected it to be done correctly. I vacuumed it again this morning (Saturday) to pick up the rest of the potato pie that we had dropped in the car previously during the week. Wheels were not totally cleaned and there was no air freshener put in the car. A TOTAL RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plenty of other places will do a better job at the same sort of rates or even cheaper.

Horrible, don't waste your time especially your money. I've used this mob before, even paying for a full detail which left me $300 broke but what got in return was like a regular $30 wash. After some years I decided to try them again last week to give them a benefit of doubt and see if the quality has improved... Boy was I wrong. The attention to detail rubbish, the quality of wash inside and out, rubbish. Spots left unclean, dusty, seats still had stains (which is leather mind you so it won't take much to clean), application of amour all, rubbish. Guy doing didn't even bother to apply it properly, left streaks all over the main body of the car. Overall everything was rushed. And it wasn't even busy, 2 cars max! Thankfully this time I only spent money for a regular wash but I will never come back. What's the point of providing a service if you're not going to bother to do it properly? Teach and train your staff to pay attention and clean to a high standard, I mean that's the main reason why we go to carwashes like these, for the service, quality and attention to detail! But you lot run the place like a bunch of kids washing a relos car for pocket change... Horrible. Do us all a favour and go out of business already!

Not worth a penny. I asked for a dirt mark to be removed and was told my 18 month old VW needed a cut & polish to remove it. To add insult to injury I returned home to find a rub mark from a hose on the rear bumper. Back to see them where I was told they couldn't have done it & I was making it up.
I will never return & will ensure everyone I know hears of this.

Terrible clean absolutely not worth the money obnoxious people! Complete waste of time and money! 100 wasted! 30 degrees and no A/C in the cafe it was like an oven. When I pointed out all the spots they missed in a friendly manner I got huffing and puffing and rolling eyes then this lovely chap goes to the cashier and says next make 'them' pay first before the wash. I now have to revacuum the car myself!

Best Coffee in all of Sydney! I come here every 2 wks to get my car washed & they do a nice job on my small Toyota.

Not the best of car washes. Lots of areas still were not clean. Soap residue causing streaks. No point paying for a clean if you have to do it again later. Showed not much attention to detail. They are busy so wait is quite a while.
