Sydney Cebu Lechon Native Filipino Eatery

I ordered boneless cebu lechon and I am disappointed with how it looked and tasted. For me food presentation is important. The skin of the lechon has burnt areas and uneven in colour. It is very different from the facebook photos which are golden brown and shiny. As for the lechon itself, some parts are crunchy but most part is not. The meat itself is tasty but its not soft and moist. Maybe this lechon was cooked in a rush or without careful attention as evidenced by the apperance and texture of the meat. I just hope you would put extra effort to the overall quality and consistency of your product in the future.
