Sydney City Subaru

Shocking service. Had an Appt at 2PM on a used vehicle. Apart from the very very cold approach by 3 people, it took them 15 minutes to find out who the salesman was. And at the end he wasnt even there! Then we had a lady salesman who was clearly not interested in the sale and was so cold and knew nothing about how to deal with customers. Then had to wait another 20 minutes for them to find out where the car was! Then the car came up and we got in it, car wouldnt turn on! Flat Battery! Had to get out of the car and wait for them to take their sweet time to recharge it. Absolutely shocking. We wanted to buy the car but was so turned off by the level of service received. The only professional staff was the receptionist. Who could clearly see the frustration in us. Stay away from this dealership!

Purchased my car with these guys from interstate. They just made it all so easy. I can't fault their service, it came with a genuine desire to make everything super easy. Thanks Mathew and Sean!

Strong point was not trying to force you to buy something. I have been to other places where people kept calling me for over a week offering an "amazing deal" I was not interested in. On top of that good service and nice coffee.

Once again, top service at reasonable price. I needed a part and the genuine Subaru one was only a little bit more than the (probably stolen one) off the internet. Don't buy from the thieves who took your antenna, wing mirror, etc, -- buy from Subaru and put thieves out of business, instead.

Awesome experience and very happy with the way I have been treated by all members of the staff. Brian had a lot of patience with me, very kind and helped me choose the right vehicle for my needs. They service cars.... mostly Subaru's funnily enough :-) Naturally they try and upsell you parts in addition to the fixed price bits, but that's hardly to be unexpected. You get a good car wash & clean thrown in so that's a definite bonus to people like me.
I overheard them telling someone else that they were happy to help them find a second hand catalytic converter as the brand new price was so much. Seemed a pretty decent sort of thing to do.
