Great driver

used this company last week for our confrence at cypress lakes in the hunter valley. office staff were helpful and friendly and all the buses were running according to schedule. would have been a five star rating but drivers were not wearing business suites. i thought this would be a requirement for all bus companies but apparently not. they did have a uniform but we thought they'd be wearing suit & tie. appart from that all was great and no problems with the service.

I would like to express my gratitude at the excellent service that you provided last week for our social group.
The ladies thought the driver was an absolute delight, well presented and a gentleman.
His driving was safe and smooth and we all had a wonderful time. It is rare that such drivers take pride in their work and go out of their way to make us all comfortable and happy.
In the past we used other bus companies and they really couldn't care about punctuality but Sydney Charter Bus was always on time for the events.
We have no hesitation in using them in the future or recommending them to our colleagues and friends.
