I booked a Sydney Harbour cruise months ago using the gift voucher my son in the UK bought me for my birthday in June. I was phoned a few months ago to say my cruise of choice would no longer be sailing. The cruise was supposed to be during the 12hr break in our flight from Darwin to Auckland- also booked months in advance like my holiday from work. I was offered an alternative and accepted.

Last week I emailed to double check booking times. All good. See you on board. Today - the day of our late night flight to Sydney from Darwin, I receive a call saying it's cancelled due to lack bookings! Couldn't anyone have told me last week when I had time to do something about it???

Our once in a lifetime holiday ruined due to incompetence and lack of planning.

PLUS we can't get a refund on the gift voucher!

Looking forward to 10 hours in a city we don't know with nothing to do and no money to do it.

A great experience. Staff were both friendly and helpful. The experience guide was phenomenal, his knowledge and helpfulness was second to none. We really enjoyed being able to steer the boat. Food was acceptable. A good way to spend a few hours and see the sights around the harbour. Cost was worth it. I would 100% recommend this experience to friends. Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Took my one and only on a vivid cruise around Sydney Harbour. Didn't see a lot of vivid but had a beautiful 2 hours with history lessons about the harbour. We had a great night out and can't wait to do it again. The Southern Swan is our boat.

The guides are amazing, captain is fun, and the service is great! I do the cruise back home every other day, but learnt new things about the islands and the bridge and boats during a great evening out on this old Swedish ship from 1948.

Stayed on the overnight cruise. Canapes were lovely although they ran out of ham and cheese croissants. They served little sushi, wraps, brownies, chicken skewers and mini pies. Also included unlimited wine and soft drink. The beds were comfy. It did smell though. Perhaps we got a cabin too close to the toilet. We climbed the mast which was beautiful. The water is very calm so no need to worry about seasickness. The breakfast was nice too - bacon, eggs, mushroom, toast and coffee. The walk on Goat Island was excellent - historic and informative. The staff were also great!

Just returned home from spending the night on the Soren Larsen. We had a wonderful time! The food for the canapes cruise was a really pleasant surprise - better than expected! While the cabins are cramped - it is an authentic 1949 ship - the rocking of the boat seemed to aid sleep. Waking up to watch the sun rise over the Harbour was amazing! After a hearty breakfast, we toured Goat Island - another highlight! Would really recommend this experience!
