I had a Toyota Camry with a car alarm problem. This was a particularly difficult problem which even Toyota themselves couldn’t fix. To Sydney Hi-Tech Auto Electricals’ absolute credit, after working on the car for 2 days, they think they had solved it but I don’t think they were entirely sure (fair enough, considering even Toyota couldn't fix the problem!), so they didn’t charge me at all! ... A level of integrity and honesty I never thought I would find in Sydney! The car alarm hasn’t gone off since and if that continues for another week or so I’ll be calling them and insisting I pay something. You know you’re dealing with a great team and business when customers are calling back wanting to pay you! Thank you, A+.

Be careful using these guys had my chrysler 300 booked in with them the car had to be towed in on arrival they told tow truck driver to take it away now $300 dollars out off pocket. dont be fooled by there flash website like i was and rude service form there office lady these guys are ametures at customer relation and service

These guys have restored my faith in cars. I've had four horrible recent experiences at mechanics, and they found three broken engine mounts that the others didn't, fixed a part themselves to save me money, and ordered in quality parts on the day. Quick, friendly, great service. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Would 100% recommend this place to anyone and everyone. We looked at my air con together, Elias explained everything to me and my air con was fixed in 20 minutes. When another shop told me I needed a new condenser that I didn't need, quoted me over $1100 to fix it and all I needed was to pay a small fraction of that.

Being a young driver who doesn't know much about cars, it's hard to find an honest professional who won't take advantage of you. On my first visit a few days ago Elias and his father Paul introduced themselves to me, quickly diagnosed the problem, and they even had the honesty to tell me that the faulty part was under warranty. Elias had no legal obligation to call the manufacturer to check if it was under warranty, but he DID. These guys are legit and actually care about their customers. I drove around all day getting quotes from other auto electricians, and after only 20 mins of working with Elias, he already found out details that none of the other people did, AND he earned my trust. I'm happily no longer a customer of NRMA and all my business will now go to Sydney Hi-Tech Croydon. These guys are the best in Sydney, honest, AND they'll save you $$$$.
