Sydney Lifestyle Pools

DO NOT go with company if you want a pool built. They do not return calls, they have no idea what they are talking about when you do phone them- Hannah is on reception so that's why she has given herself a good wrap. They are liars particularly the owner Eli and never see things through properly- we are still waiting for things to be done. We regret ever using Lifestyle pools and do not want anyone else to get caught in their bad professionalism and empty promises.

Well what can I say about this company? It started off as the owner aka Eli calling us and arranging for someone to come out here and measure up etc. All was good, we went into the store, met with Eli, we were happy with price and everything seemed well.
So there was an payment instalment plan set up for each progress they made. Once work started, u can't get into contact with Eli EVER, ONCE you get to the concreting stage and you have given payment, you'll never see or hear from them again. Concreting doesn't get done!! Ever!!! You can call Eli maybe 50 times, leave messages and you'll never hear from him. You literally have to show up unexpectedly at the store and demand for ur money for concreting back. You'll never get any help, they know nothing about pools, they just sub contract and get people to do their work. Ask them anything technical about the pool? They can't answer u, they have to call u back cause they need to find out themselves. OH and the plumbing? The plumbing doesn't get done either , we were supposed to get it done but never happened so that was an extra out of pocket. Best decision u could make is find another company to go with. I'm not the only one, there's heaps of others out there. Save ur money, save the headache and find a good reputable company to go with. You've been warned.
