If you want to be disrespected and talked down to, then this is the place for you. This is by far the worse hospital I've ever been to. Very rude staff and assume too much about you and insult you. First question they ask, why didnt you go to GP during the day time? My answer is, I could not predict that I would be sick tonight. Its really a funny question they ask every patient. My pressure is extremely high, sweating, bomiting, headche etc. They dont care. Worse hospital I have ever visited. Need some changes.

Good , clean , recently refurbished, great access and parking, staff will probably treat you as you treat them.. so be respectful and have a smile knowing how hard they work to care for patients in face of shortages imposed by government.

Never a positive experience coming here. Long waits, poor service and third world facilities.

If I could give this hospital no stars I would. Horrible service. Completely understaffed and reception and triage useless at recognising actual pain compared to people putting it on. Useless

Ridiculous place the all time are inside talking and the patients waiting outside. Never see something similar in my life.

Third world hospital. Administration is run by rude women who chew gum and do not smile and use a language I have not heard in 20 years. The finance woman behind the glass window with the black hair is a disgrace. I give it 1 stars for the dedicated and wonderful nurses and doctors, especially when most appear agency placed contractors. You step in here and you wonder if it's Australia - it is unbelievable that a country so rich can run this type of place. When you deal with admin you feel in a movie showcasing harsh aussies from the 60s. The carpark is great - expensive but well worth it.
