Jay and the team are wonderful and always do a wonderful job maintaining my KTM 300 exc. If you need a honest, well priced bike mechanic, I would strongly recommend these guys :)

Jay and the boys will take care of you. They are honest which is the most valuable thing when it comes to getting your bike repaired. They won't cut corners unlike some other repairers. I wouldn't take my bike anywhere else. Highly recommended

Went there to get a dodgy looking oil leak fixed on my dr650
Service was excellent they came up and greeted me with smiles
The looked at my bike straight away no waiting
Jay, the boss I think, came out and was incredibly friendly and kind
Long story short I left my bike there over night
They had warned me they where fully booked but because the solution to my bike was simple they squeezed me in because jay came in early to have a better look. He cleaned up the oil leakage, cleaned up the engine block.

I was looking around for an affordable bike and being fairly new to it all I thought I'd go and see these guys because some other friends of mine suggested it to me. I had no idea what I wanted or really what I had to spend so I spoke to Jay there and he knew what he was talking about! He taught me things about what would be best for my skill level and really spent the time to make sure I was comfortable even though he looked like his workshop was crazy busy at the time. I thought I'd shop around and didn't get the same sort of respect at other places, or help.....I ended up heading back to SMW and asked more questions (and probably some of the same ones I did the first time) and I got the same attention as before. I still haven't bought anything yet but I was surprised at how patient they were with me in hindsight, I'm sure they have plenty of other things to keep them busy!! He had a good range of bikes and some good options for me as well as riding gear. I'll be back soon as I don't think I would want to go anywhere else. It was just easy....

Extremely impressed with Jay and his dedicated team. We have now bought 2 awesome Cobra's off them. The support and parts supply is fantastic and far exceeds any other motorbike shop I've ever dealt with. 17/8 update....once again the support has been brilliant in obtaining parts for the 65. Parts delivered to my door at 6.30am!!

Jay is very easy to deal with and shows the knowledge and experience that inspires confidence in the service the team provide.

110% recommend anyone that needs work or help to go to these guys.

I've used SMC Wreckers multiple times, when they were stationed in Alexandria and then when they moved to Hornsby (and I lived nowhere near Hornsby, that's how good this crew is). I cannot recommend them enough. They're honest, they do high quality work, and are just plain friendly. I've had mechanics from other companies lie to me (was it because I'm female? Possibly. At least I caught them all out.) but these guys are tops and I trusted them completely. My one greatest regret is that I moved to Melbourne and now have to find another excellent mechanic!!
