The best place to get world’s best piano. I bought my kawai gx3 a year ago. The quality of the piano is great. Service is amazing, actually learnt a lot about different brands of piano. I got the best price I can with my grand piano. Very happy with it.

Great experience and learning with Piano world. They let us try all the prestige pianos and taught us how to listen, also shared their experiences about kids learning piano. Our family are so happy and feel really blessed to know them. It is not only a Piano we bought but also so much other value added on top of this! Strongly recommended.

I didn't want to buy from Sydney Piano World because I live on the South Coast of NSW and preferred to deal with a local supplier. After contacting my local supplier four days in a row and each time being promised a call back shortly and getting no reply I rang Sydney Piano World. The woman I dealt with, Kathryn, was very friendly, very knowledgable, and extremely helpful. She gave me a price which was better than I expected. Soon after I ordered the piano I eventually got a phone call back from my local dealer. His price was higher than from a store 3 hours' drive away.

A few days later I got a phone call from the installation bloke. A week after I ordered the piano he arrived and assembled the piano and ran me through all it's features.

I could not be happier with my purchase. The price was good. The service was all you could ask for. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Sydney Piano World.

best pianos ever very good quality lasts you a long time

Bought 2 pianos so far. Always very good service from Katherine in the showroom, and both times from the delivery man Jeff. This time, Jeff even went the extra mile for us to return a damaged piano part and get a new one so we could have our piano functional on the delivery date. Would reccommend highly.

We just received the KAWAI CN27R today, the delivery man Jeff is such a nice person and his piano skills really shocked us, that's so amazing, what a wonderful experience!

Three weeks ago, I bought a Kawai digital piano from here. It was a very pleasant experience. Prior to that I had visited several other stores over a period of several months, very undecided about what brand and what model to buy. I visited this store three times, to try out some of the comprehensive range they have on display in an exceptionally large show room. Each time, the staff were very patient, absolutely no hard-sell, and could not be more helpful. At the end, the model I asked them to order for me arrived at the store the next day.

The installer Jeff took us through the various options that the electric piano. He was a great teacher.

We bought a 2nd hand Kawai piano from this place and I must say we are very very satisfied with out purchase. What's more important was the fact that we were given so many options before we decided on the right one. The after service care and explanation on future tuning and delivery were also explained including warranty on what it covers and what it does not.
The sales person was very knowledgeable because he himself is a piano player. Sound is a very subjectively matter and when you purchase a piano, best to go see it yourself and think of it as a long term investment. My wife and I with the kids were given so much time to try, test, play and then decide with no pressure. Good selection of new and 2nd hand Kawai pianos here - better than some other places that I have been to.
