Sydney Presbytery is the regional forum where UCA Congregations to act together with Creativity, Courage and Conviction in Sydney's CBD, Inner West and Eastern Suburbs.

Sydney Presbytery is the regional forum for Congregations to act together in "Leading the Church to Life". These joint activities include: ministerial settlements, help and encouragement for Mission, approval and encouragement of candidates for ministry, help with and approval of property matters, and the pastoral care of ministers.
