We are fully accredited and licensed for the collection and storage of used cooking oil with the Department of Environment and Climate Change NSW, Sydney Water and Planet Ark. Our company has been established for over 15 years after the acquisition of Tallow Collections Pty Ltd, which had over 30 years experience in the industry collecting used cooking oil. We have enhanced and grown the business to what is it today by offering our customers a professional and innovative solution for the collection and storage of cooking oils, which are environmental friendly and OH& S safe.

Sydney Recycling Services is one of Australia’s largest privately owned company's handling the collection of used cooking oil in New South Wales and one of the largest nationally in terms of volume collected. We are constantly developing new and user friendly oil removal systems and storage vessels that meet all local and State regulations.

In 2010, Sydney Recycling Services launched a specially designed Eco Ole Tank™ that meets local council and Sydney Water regulations for the correct and legal storage of used cooking oil. The Eco Ole Tank™ replaces the dirty, illegal 200ltr drums that attracts vermin and leaks contaminated waste down the drains have been and still are widely used in the industry.

We work closely with local and State authorities to ensure our customers comply with all regulations, providing a cleaner environment and safer risk management solution. Our focus is on Sydney, where we are based, but we can provide national coverage, if required.

We are committed to be an industry leader within the Environmental and Sustainability industry. We have long term partnerships with Local and State Authorities and work closely with the Foodservice Industry Association in providing our service.

We also manufacture, to our specifications, all our own Tank - Eco Ole Tank™, Fryaway Storage Tank™, Eco Ole Filtering Machine™, Recycle Waste Bins and Waste Food Bins.
