This hospital is great, caring and friendly staff, great food (for a hospital) and clean. What more can u ask for really.

Nice and pieceful

I was a day patient last Monday for a procedure in theatre, I was asked to arrive at 7am. Although I was patient number 3 on my doctor's operating list, I did not get to the theatre until midday, 5 hours after my arrival time. At no time was I given any explanation for the extremely long wait. I have since found out that it was caused by a staffing issue in theatre where a theatre nurse who has worked with this doctor for 10years, was transfered to another theatre without any consultation with my surgeon. He was not prepared to start his theatre list until this experience nurse from his team was reinstated to his theatre. This muck up took 2 hours.

Really lovely professional nurses in day surgery. Thank you.

Customer service is below average for a private hospital. Have to call multiple times for any query to be answered, no appolgies offered either. Nurses and staff need to have better training in terms of customer service!
