Very disappointed with service and the watch. I bought Tag connect in the month of April 2017. Since then it has been replaced twice. First the watch screen didn't worked and then the second watch doesn't connect to my phone. I took the 2nd replaced watch to the shop. The assistant tried everything to connect but nothing. After many days with customer care I got a call saying its all good. I have lost all trust in this watch. I want my money or a different watch ( Not Tag connect) as a replacement but store is refusing to help. Such a reputed brand but bad service. Wish I would have gone for Apple watch.

WHAT A JOKE!!! -- after coming into the Tag "Boutique" i was greeted by a sales lady who assisted me with the comparison of a few different TAG models i had been considering. After narrowing it down to the final choice and the sales rep and i negotiating (which involved "talking to the manager to get a better price") to what was supposed to be a good deal on the watch of choice.

I left the store and withdrew funds for the purchase and grabbed a bite to eat (as it was just after mid-day by this point after spending about an hour in store) then return to complete the transaction only to be greeted by another sales rep who had noticed that i was in the store earlier dealing with his colleague who was out to lunch on my return.

I was prepared to go ahead with the deal previously mentioned only to be told that it was not possible and that it was going to cost me a further $650 over the previously agreed price and that somebody had made a mistake in pricing, not a small mistake a difference of over $1100 to what the previous RRP was quoted to me on my initial visit before any discounting. With the so called "manager" involved in previous negotiations i cant see how it is possible for multiple staff to over see this so-called pricing error for it only to be caught at the moment of purchasing.

I thought going to the TAG store i would have sales staff who are knowledgeable about the product and its price points, how wrong i was. This experience has made me feel that my hard earned money is best spent elsewhere and not with TAG HEUER.
Save yourself the embarrassment and confusion and shop elsewhere

I take my watches to the service department in Pitt St. They do a great job & are prompt.

I visited the tag shop yesterday for the first time, since moving to Sydney. I went in with enquiries regarding my tag carrera sena.
Stuart Clowes spent time with me and explained my watch wasn't due for service yet.
I then spoke to him about the Connected module 45, Stuart was very knowledgeable about the watch and also others. He was happy to just sit and talk me through the watch, and wasn't at all pushy to buy.
I bought the Tag Heuer connected module 45 later that day from Staurt.
Staurt is a great guy and a credit to the Tag Heuer store.
I'll definitely be returning to the store in the future to extend my collection and would definitely recommend Stuart and the store to everyone.

One male sales person didn't want to bother dealing with my issue . My 20 years old Tag Heuer watch - gift from my parents for my 21st birthday - has an issue and I wanted to consult with someone - a technical person . He talked to me as if he knows about the watch but due to his poor knowledge I asked him to speak to someone who could suggest me the better solution . Then guess what what he said . He asked me which language I speak .I said what do you mean ? I speak English I don't need an interpreter ! I have an accent but I'm sure he did understand me . He had a strong accent ( South American ? ) . He replied to me it may be easier to talk in your native language . What an insult ! I went to university here in Australia and work in Sydney as a professional . He ruined my weekend . He provided the service worse than discounted stores!! The watch costs $5K . You need to have a professional staff better than that !! One rude staff could destroy the brand image . He doesn't care about the after service! His focus is new sales!!

Great store, great setup and great location. Staff were friendly but unfortunately two staff i dealt with couldn't answer a few simple questions about the watches.

Tag watches are not great quality for the money, i have had mine for 5 years now and twice it stopped and cost me over $500 both times to have it fixed, it cost me $7,500 when i brought it thinking you get quality for money, but i was wrong, i brought my son a seiko for $135 and in 9 tears ago and its never broke down. a friend of mine brought a tag a few years ago, and sold it cheap as he was sick of it breaking down and costing a fortune.

Some of the best customer service I have experienced. Stuart was extremely helpful and helped me find a watch I really like. Other watch brands could learn a lot from this customer experience - it was a choice between Omega and Tag - Tag won this based on their staffs ability to create a great experience!
