I went in to See Dr Ted Ledner last year. When I went in I said to him that I felt as though I was dying. After a barrage of tests and the most conscientious care I have ever had he told me I was right,. If I had come to see him a week later it would probably have been too late. I have been under his care for nearly 12 months and due to this, my condition has improved greatly. The man is fantastic, if this was 22AD they would have probably nailed him to a cross. Thank you so much Dr Ledner for the great work you do for all your patients.

Dr Ledner is the best and most thorough GP I've ever had. Making bookings through the HotDoc phone app is super convenient. Just remember to always let the reception know you are there for your appointment or they will assume you're a no show.

Dr Lily was absolutely amazing, friendly, knowledgable, and so efficient. I will most certainly be returning and asking for Dr Lily

Waiting times can be long, however, this is a minor issue compared to the treatment, or lack there of. I have been to this medical centre several times and have been ignored by the doctors or misdiagnosed. I was instructed to go home and take some Panadol instead of receiving a more comprehensive scan for my back pain. I was also told the pain was all in my head. However, another doctor from Picton medical centre listened and the scans showed a far worse condition that panadol does not treat. This is not the first time the doctors at this practice have ignored my requests for further studies or treatment and have ignored what I had to say about my own body. That said, the receptionists do their best and are often chasing up or fixing up what the doctors have stuffed up.

Always hard for me to be around alot of people. But my doctor always makes me feel positive and gets me through my visit with adleast anxiety as possible. Deborah, Libby, Christy and Di always have been great and are simply awesome
