HOW TO ORDER

It's really SIMPLE! Please leave your email & sizing preferences on our photos or send us a message or email us at sales@talltreekids.com. au

Invoices with payment details will be sent through within 24 hours. Payment should be made within 5 working days, otherwise your order may be cancelled.

POSTAGE

Items are posted via AUSTRALIA POST to buyer's Paypal address when paying via paypal or to buyer's nominated address when paying by Bank transfer, so please ensure your shipping address are correct before making payment. Your items will be posted within 2 business day after receiving a cleared payment. If there are any unforeseeable delays, you will be contacted by our customer service team.

We offer combine shipping for items purchased and paid for in one transaction.

Please note that once purchases have been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

RETURN /EXCHANGE

We do not provide exchange /refund simply because you are changing your mind or made a wrong selection. We gladly return / exchange item within 7 days after you received the item, if the item is faulty. You must notify us by email within 48 hours that the item is faulty. All items must be returned as exact conditions as sent (unworn, tag still in tact, include original invoice). Please allow 10 working days to process return / exchange item after we receive them. Please note that Talltree Kids is not responsible for covering the costs associated with returning and /or replacing your items, unless they were sent in error or damaged during transit. We do not accept responsibility for packages which are lost or damaged during the returns process. As the sender of items, buyer is responsible for ensuring that the items reach us safely and in the correct condition.
