Tamworth City is a major focus of central northern New South Wales with flourishing industries spawned by a rich rural hinterland. With around thirty-six buses in its fleet, Tamworth Buslines is the largest bus operation in the district, meeting the needs of its community by providing an extensive town and school bus network, including regional services to outlying settlements at Bendemeer, Manilla and Werris Creek & Quirindi.

In January, Tamworth Buslines puts people in touch with the heart of Australian country. It is the major provider of bus services for the Australasian Country Music Festival held in Tamworth each year. The Festival has become one of Australia’s biggest and Tamworth Buslines has responsibility for transporting more than 100, 000 people to entertainment venues throughout the city.
