Tangled Hair

I tryd this hairdressers for the first time because how good the special was . I wanted to be a creamy blonde with brown foils . I left being grey with brown foils. I messaged them and told them I was unhappy . I went back and got my hair stripped and re-toned to leave worse then before I was bright orange . The owner told me it was my fault I should have told the girl to do more blonde foils to brown.

Isn't the whole reason you go to hairdressers is because they should know what their doing?
Do not recommend and will not be back.

RUDE female staff members, learn some customer service.

Very poor! They tell me come back 1h30. When i come they told me " we do not the time" LOL. NEVER COME BACK

I had an awesome experience at Tangled, the staff are so lovely and do it all for a very affordable price. I got a scalp bleach done for my dark brunette regrowth and it turned out beautiful! Definitely recommend!! :)
