My path, my success and my joy in life have come about by following my passion (sound corny?! but its true! )
Passion can flow like a river. One thing leading to the next. Surprises round each corner and on some occasion the flow stops and thats ok too.
Iv got a varied background and the tapestry of my past and present have brought me to were I am today as a Leadership + Life coach, Yoga Teacher, Mentor and Essential Oil advocate. I am surrounded by clients and students who want to experience a rich and for-filling life and create their own tapestry of love, adventure and reward.
