Staffs were friendly, day's special were heartwarming, they offered us blankies during windy day & teas were served in Pommie fashion. WOW!!

I think management really need to look into the logistics of this restaurant.
Tables are not cleared before customers arrive. We waited for 45 mins for a wrap and a chicken burger. When we asked about our order the waitress said that they were 'smashed with customers'. Yet, there were several tables still free. If you can't operate with the amount of tables, than you need to hire more staff. Food was average at best. Ordered a vegetarian wrap and a spicy chicken burger. The wrap was fine, but the burger had grated cheese that wasn't melted as well as the cheap guacamole dip you get from Coles. At least use proper avocados. None of the waitstaff were friendly. Doesn't hurt to smile every now and again. Really disappointed.

We had lunch here on fathers day and really enjoyed it. My mum is in a wheelchair and there was plenty of room. We were all made to feel very welcome. The meals were tasty and filling.

A pleasant experience as always the food is great the atmosphere is enjoyable the staff are helpful, and we loved the tractor of coffee we have frequented this cafe many times over that past 7 years and have never had a bad experience.

Up there with one of the best salmon Benedicts I've had from a cafe. Good service, cosy place.

The worst experience. Coffee was good but the staff was so rude. I was talking to the staff taking coffee orders around lunchtime yesterday, pretended she cannot hear or understand me when all i was ordering was 3 flatwhite and 2 skinny cap and paid $35.20 for 5 coffees. I think she overcharged me as well. To the owner, I think you should hire staff with good customer service skills as Hunter Valley is a tourist spot.
