Tax Refund On The Spot - They have been my accountants for many years now and I wouldn't have it any other way! Truly great accountants and very professional! People need to realize, tax accountants are not their to "make you money from your tax return" they are there to reduce the debt you have and do it legally, so what every you save or get back is as good as it gets.

Service is very good and fast. I get my refund in one hour as promised. No hustle nothing. Customer service is vey good and polite. Accountants have a proper knowledge regarding tax. And i got proper refund.

1 hour on the spot service is a joke. they will also charge you more than the usual fee.

Do not use this company! They are frauds! Was a victim of hidden fees which come out of your return of $350 plus! Customer service is horrible, and while on the phone with them for multiple hours and not being able to get a name of who I was speaking to, one woman admitted that they don't use their real names at work - horrible!

I have tried calling to find out how much they charge and wouldn't give me a price on the phone just kept trying to get me to make an appointment. Why would i make an appointment when i don't even know what they would charge me or even what the fees would start from. I called another tax agent in blacktown and they weren't hiding their fees hmm sounds a bit fishy to me.

Service was bad got told I will receive my return between 7-10 working days 12 working days later still nothing. They tell me when it will be in my bank but didn't have my details get told I'll receive a call back but don't they also don't speak English very well and hard to understand. I suggest don't make any plans on receiving it as I have not yet got it. If I could give less than 1star I'd give minus 5 stars. I suggest go elsewhere. If it sounds too good to be true it's probably not true.
