TB Gelato was started in June 2005 and was originally named Teahna Banana Gelateria after Teahna (our daughter) of course. We gave the shop a facelift in May 2009 and now it is Pink and Metallic Silver with Black trim complete with a Giant Disco Ball and decorated Ice Cream Cones hanging from the Roof. We have only recently changed the name to TB Gelato as Teahna is in High School next year and would be mortified if we kept Teahna Banana. How embarrassment.

We have on offer 30 Flavours of mouth watering Natural Gelato & Sorbet at any given time. You can choose from a Cone, Cup, Waffle Basket, Take Home Pack and of course a Kids Cone. We do try and keep up the demand of making our own Waffle Cones and Waffle Baskets however at times this just isn't practical. Yes we know our home made ones taste a lot better.

We use an Italian Recipe to make our beautiful Melt in the Mouth Waffles complete with Gelato and Maple Syrup or Hot Chocolate Sauce.

Our Coffee is from DC whose Head Office is in Melbourne however they have an office just down the road from us called DC Laundry in Dowling Street East Sydney. The Coffee Blend we use is called REALE and is a blend of two different beans from the same plant. All DC Coffee Beans are purchased from One Farm which, takes single origin to a whole new meaning.

We also do Freshly Squeezed Juice which is always delicious anytime of the day. We always have a good selection of Fruit and Vegetables for you to select from, so you can simply enjoy a single flavour or a combination of flavours.
