Rose has been in the fitness industry for 5 years and has been Personal Training for 4 years. She is a Les Mills aerobics instructor and has played and represented in many sports. Rose has had great success with her clients at Genesis Tweed Heads through bootcamps and challenges. Chelsea has been in the fitness industry for nearly 8 years, she too is an aerobics instructor and loves taking group workouts. Chelsea plays and coaches Netball and loves exercising outdoors. Both trainers are passionate about the fitness industry and helping others change their lives for the better.
