Just stay away... They sell used cameras for full price and are only looking for your money. Don't get fooled. The manager is terrible too.

I experienced teds famously high prices and bad service for myself recently. I paid $50 for film development. They came back on a disc not printed and had to wait a week and a half. The store didnt tell me they were ready. I had to chase them up. One roll was a dud full of blanks and they didnt offer to reduce the price on that roll. Ive never paid so much for film develoment and had such a negative experience. I"ll never walk into another ted's and I'll make sure to tell everyone i know. Hoping to take this national and commission a billboard on the pacific motorway and i will be commissioning danny lim to picket the pitt st store. Thanks.

Overpriced, but willing to negotiate. Service is very slow. Large selection of products is a plus

I went into the City branch this morning to purchase Fujifilm X-t2 with a lens.

Before anything else, I picked up a filter in my hand and proceded to one of the sales person (an old lady) to enquire about the camera and the deal I can get. I asked the lady 'do you do price match?' and the lady looked at me and the filter in my hand and said 'What, price match on filters? What a waste of time coming all the way down here for a filter to ask for a price match.'

This is the exact words she said to me. Then she said 'so what's the price difference? 1 or 2 dollars?' I said 'actually, it's 10 dollars.' and she took the filter off my hand and said 'you should go buy from them' and put the filter back on the shelf.

I was shocked how this rude person treats customers . Maybe I talked to the wrong person, but the experience I had this morning at your shop was by far the worst ever.

Ted , Im am very disappointed on the price you listed this amazing brand new Nikon D850.

In my view, you have priced it way too high and just its just being greedy mate . Everybody else has listed less than you and its still over priced.

Most people use the internet now and I'm sure a lot of people will be avoiding buying this amazing new legendary camera Nikon's D850 at your store due to the crazy price you decided to list it at , its too expensive and you know it .

Ted and Mr Nikon please fix this over the top inflated price please, its the wrong price and way over what other Aussie stores are beginning to list the D850 at.

We did the get to know your camera course today with our teacher Angel and it was extremely enjoyable and informative. He explained all the basics clearly, thoroughly and professionally - and it's free! We highly recommend it.
