I've never been treated more rudely than in here. Instead of help I received a long and bigoted lecture about all the things the pharmacist ASSUMED I was doing wrong without his bothering to ask a single question.
I just hope it doesn't happen to you.
I believe a new pharmacist has taken over since the service used to be so nice

Good service and its close to the doctors in strathfield too so it's fairly easy to get your prescriptions sorted. Great experience and small but nice range of cosmetics too.

Extremely upset with Supervisor racist behaviour of Terry White in Plumpton Marketplace at 15:30 this Saturday ( 14th October 2017)

Just hang around in the store that afternoon with my wife and ask for Aptamil baby formula stage 4 because there is no price tag. After we clearly told her we have no interest buying for twice ( we told her we just look around), she stand behind us monitoring like we are thief and she even questioned us do you want to send baby formula back to China or the baby in Australia.

So shocked.But we thought she may have misunderstanding for Asian people and want to walk away. Unexpectedly,this supervisor took away 3 cans in front of us and walked away saying something angrily. So humiliated!!

I stopped her and asked her, why she questioned me about so humiliating question because we even did not show any intention for purchasing. Her answer is : THIS IS TERRY WHITE REGULATION TO ASK CUSTOMERS THIS QUESTION.IF YOU GUYS ARE NOT HAPPY,YOU COULD LEAVE NOW.Oh,my God!!!!! This is not store supervisor, this is POLICE.

I turned to another staff requesting to talk with manager or supervisor ( before it, we do not know she is). Because I was to shocked and spoke loudly to staff. This lady came back and questioned me: why you are yelling at staff. We explained we want to talk with supervisor or manager about this racist behaviour. This supervisor yell at me: I AM SUPERVISOR.YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO CHALLENGE TERRY WHITE PURCHASE LIMIT. We even do not request to buy baby formula!) So rediculous! We just ask the price ,why we were treat like this. At the same time, before we want to talk about it , she called in 2 security guys to ask us to leave immediately and we are not permit to go to this store. So shocked and unbelievable!!

I understand maybe some news coverage about baby formula make this supervisor may have misunderstanding of people with Asian face but why not she make out our actual request or she just hate people with Asian face. And if Terry White do have this regulation grant Supervisor to question every one like us : DO YOU WANT TO SEND IT BACK TO CHINA?, this is totally racist!!!

What this so-called supervisor did to us this afternoon is really make us upset and humiliated. This is most racist behaviour we ever met for past years. Why supervisor in Terry White has prime power to judge people like King and why not they could be a little polite?

I could not more grateful for this pharmacy and every single staff member. They are extremely helpful, kind and knowledgable. My son has special medical needs and they go above and beyond to help me out. The app with the medications is spot on. Such a great addition to the system already in place for SMS reminders. Thank you and keep up the great work.

The staff were very attentive and we're insightful in understanding my needs. Lots of staff ready to help and give advice across the store.

I went here for the first time for a flu vaccination recently and the staff were very lovely and kind. The shop itself was well maintained and organised and staff were more than happy to assist.
