Very dissapointing, after purchasing an arm band for tendinitis on 11th November and using it for just over a week only to have part of the flimsy plastic part break while I was adjusting the band to my arm. I spoke to the pharmacist who didn't want to help me as it had been to long since I bought it (exactly 2 weeks ago) and it had no packaging with it. All I had was the receipt for the sale being for $40 but that wasn't good enough.

I try to use the smaller company's to support them but when you don't get the support in return I have no choice but to shop back with the bigger company's or online.
