Thanasis Pizza House (Permanently Closed)

tried to order but no one answered the phone - Sat. 5.15pm ??

Dine in experience was good but takeaway order took nearly 2 hours to arrive and I had to call up 3 times to check the progress!

Ordered thru Menulog 1 hour before requiring the 2 pizzas and a garlic bread. Phoned up after 1 1/2 hours, were told we are busy and they would contact the driver and call us back. No call so phoned again. Were told we have your pizzas cooking now. Driver will be there in 2 minutes!!! Driver arrived 20 minutes later with the wrong order. This was 1 1/2 hours after the time we had wanted them for. Phoned again and were promised a repeat order for free. Extremely frustrating.

Some of the best pizzas you can get on the coast but this does not come close to fixing the service issues. Waitress tonight snapped at us 3 times at simple things and then told us the "menus are very out of date". Her body language suggested she didn't want to be there and didn't even bother bringing us menus; it was upon me to go and get my own.
If you order I would strongly suggest spending as little time in interaction with staff as possible, very disappointingly paired to good pizza.

We went tonight and whilst sitting at the table waiting for food we keep seeing cockroaches running across the floor. We were very concerned and the cleanliness and decided to leave before our meals arrived. Such a shame we dined here over a year ago and it was a small business and fantastic seems to have changed hands big drop in service and presentation

Good food once it finally arrived... waited nearly 2 hours for delivery, was quoted a little over an hour but ended up having to call up to check how the order was going...

My housemates and I come here every Friday night. The food is up and down but good value for money. The staff are lovely and friendly, but the service is a bit out of whack. But we think it's hilarious and have a good giggle. Good job Thanas 🖒

I eat here very often, food is good, people are friendly and they make their garlic bread from scratch!

I went in with a mate on Sunday 14/8/2016 & asked if they had Gluten Free? The attendant replied yes & with that I ordered a Gluten free Supreme for my girl. Then ordered another pizza for me & my friend Al for lunch. We got these pizza's back & after finishing, we realised he'd mixed them up. My girlfriend has been really sick since being a Celiac. This is very irresponsible of the attendant as if I ask for gluten free pizza this means I want exactly what I ordered! As I did mention in the shop she was a Celiac!
If my girlfriend gets any worse, I will be suing this place! This is very irresponsible & unacceptable! NOT HAPPY!
