Not the best service. Taking customer for granted.

I booked for 1 hour and the massage service was only given to be for 45 mins, and the masseuse was unprofessional. Going out and in very often. Talking about her life the entire time.

Simple suggestion from me: " Don't go to this shop". It's a waste.

Excellent customer service and treatment whilst on holidays

A bit disappointed with my whole experience really. Thought the whole thing was pretty basic and not at all value for my $249! Had to leave the Spa and go to another part of the building to use the toilet and there was no water in the spa. Booked in at 12noon for a massage then a facial at 55mins each, even allowing 5 mins to get undressed and settled the beautician shouldn't have been finished til 1.45pm but she was all finished and leaving the room by 1.35pm. The facial was $150 and basic to say the least, no eye cream, no offer of a foundation powder at the end and while my mask was on she left the room - a very lazy practice, massage my hands or something but don't leave me in there staring at the ceiling! Sorry to say I wouldn't go back nor would I recommend it.
