I don’t really want to give a one star rating as the general vibe has been great but with a rude and aggressive general manager and a whole lot of unhappy and confused staff, I do this to draw some attention so that they take notice of this and FIX it! At $2,600 for 4 nights this is all beyond unacceptable and some serious changes need to be implemented from the top. You can get given a voucher in their spa but they seem to be always booked out so what do you do with that voucher? This venue has so much potential to be outstanding but until upper management actually truly care about their guests...their future is bleak. But all this stuff said, my partner and I had a great time as we choose to turn lemons to lemonade. So sad to see such great staff with such poor leadership
