The Athlete'S Foot Burwood

I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. The athletes foot at burwood are the best and most attentive people I’ve ever experienced. Both Jason’s are highly involved owners and interested in your specific needs and also later on remember you as not only customers but a friend. EVERY single member there are so welcoming and friendly, they are so good. Especially their group renditions of Christmas carols.

Staff are highly trained and very knowledgeable. They explained all the options of what would suit my specific needs. Excellent service.

The staff are very friendly and show a willingness to assist their customers. There range is good but not excellent. There prices are a bit high. A negative was when I went there they opened 30 minutes late which was very inconvenient.

I can't recommend this store highly enough. Nathan was honest and knowledgable about the shoes and gave service beyond my expectations. I will always buy shoes from this store from on.

I have a hard foot to fit - quite wide. Got one pair which i really liked and tried to ignore the heel sliding that was happening - didn't tell the sales assistant - figured I would just get used to it. Got them, had them on for 5 minutes and woke up to myself and went back. They were great, found another pair that were perfect and no problems at all.

What I LOVED was that unlike Foot Locker at the same shopping centre, the guys at this shop actually will bend down and fit the shoes on your feet for you. Its a small thing but its great service!

Worst ever.For people who have wider feet, this is not the ideal place to go. They sell you massive school shoes for the width. They are to long, but wide enough. You should consider another option.

They also incorrectly fitted me. There "FITZI" Doesn't work a very old, Clark Foot Fitter that displays an analogue display with a light works better.
They are OVERPRICED Saying bad things about Clarks when they are great shoes. I went across the road to an experienced and professional shoe fitter, and said I was a Size mens 8, and I have been wearing Size Mens 11. Disappointed. Way to much money, there is a shoe shop on burwood road that is an old, family owned shoe store. This review is not supported.
