Unbelievably expensive for T-bone when you think it should be the fillet and sirloin you're buying, to find out when removed from the cryvac that 75% the fillet has been removed. Don't mind so much if I'm not paying the premium price to get bone and sirloin...... not good enough guys.. might of been been better buying straight sirloin at the better rate rather than paying for all that bone.
