If there were more stars I would go higher. Great food, exceptional service. And the staff are happy to go above and beyond. Great atmosphere and relaxing vibe. Would recommend the Banana Colada smoothie, and the blueberry Sencha tea 😊

The staff are SO amazing here, especially the girl with the (Canadian?) accent. All genuinely enjoying their jobs and it shows. The decor is gorgeous and the food is outstanding. Awesome thank you!

A breath of fresh air in the Newcastle scene. Food is solid and they have a high value for produce (Proud Mary coffee, biodynamic eggs (taste the difference!) and great staff. At this stage they are only a few weeks old and producing some great stuff. Looking forward to seeing how they grow and refine in the coming months.

By far my favourite cafe in Newcastle! The attention to detail with coffee here is just amazing. Comparable to some of Melbourne's best cafes.

First visit to this great place. Vegan options straight off the menu and full range of non-dairy milks available too. Swapping out ham for chorizo was no issue for my wifes breakfast too like has been at other places before. Fantastic atmosphere and really friendly staff! Definitely worth a visit ✌

Best coffee joint on Darby Street; Staff are always friendly and service is quick. I've got a half decent coffee machine in the office but still rather make the trip to blacksheep.

Every time I eat here I am always amazed at how awesome the food is, I am never disappointed. Whether you're a local looking for somewhere new to eat or from out of town, you must stop in here and try the food (and the coffee). Totally recommended!!

The food we had was nice but the only menu they offer during the day is a brunch menu. Unfortunately all the items are geared to more of a breakfast menu and when u go there at 1.30 in the afternoon it would be good to have some other options than many different variances of eggs.

Saw quite a few look at the displayed menu and walk away... if We had bothered to look at it before we sat down we would have too.

Cool place for breaky. Very accommodating for vegans. Delicious coffee, yummy food, fun and friendly staff (the waiters shorts and cowboy boots combo pushed them from 4 to 5 stars!!)

Will never go to this place again!!! One young was running the floor, making it v difficult to order food & drinks. When the drinks finally arrived they were terrible & had given me a bad stomach ache. I knew when I was drinking my coffee something didn't taste quite right and now I'm paying the consequences!! My advice don't even step foot into this cafe-plenty of great ones right next door
